Does panic ever seep into your heart and head and LIFE?! This happens to me on occassion, not a lot, but occassionally, it does. It's a feeling that I'm not used to and I don't always know how to deal with it. I have to remind myself over and over and OVER again that I don't have to panic...there is ONE that is in control and takes care of my EVERYTHING.
We sang this song at church on Sunday and something about the lyrics just hit me. There's a line that's repeated a few times...
"that's just the way it is."
That line speaks to my heart. I don't have to question, I don't have to second guess, I don't have to wonder - the KING of KINGS is on His throne watching over me, caring for me, loving me, even liking me!
And that's just the way it is!
My prayer for each of YOU:
When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit. Add I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and high deep his love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infintely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope. Ephesians 3:14-20

Great post. I swing back and forth between panic and trust these days;) and, I can't remember if I commented, but I love Tripp's room. So cute!!!
